Finding structure in chaos
Founded in 2024 at a sixth form college in Surrey, we at YourStudy believe that the revision process should not be as stressful as it is today. Fighting against motivation, sleep deprivation and time, most GCSE students recall their exam period as the most stressful period of their lives. By taking the burden of revision organisation away from them, we aspire to help as many students as possible focus on the parts that truly matter, and achieve the top grades that they are capable of
Our Story
After going through the stress, struggle and suspense of GCSE exams ourselves last summer and achieving the highest grades ourselves, we discovered what revision techniques worked and didn't to improve our results with the least hassle. After reflecting on our own experience, and that of hundreds of other students in our network, we did some market research with even more parents and students to evaluate our ideas.
And this is what we've come up with.
We've found that many students feel overwhelmed when studying 10 or 11 different subjects. Knowing where and how to start the revision process can be incredibly daunting, let alone organising your time so that every bit of content is studied. Our revision blueprint solves just that by allowing them to effortlessly cover all of their science content without stress or worry. Analysis of strengths allow them to focus on weak areas. Research-backed revision resources allow them to rectify them.
